Smart battery mode:

The N5 has an internal battery and can work even when it is not plugged in. And with low battery alerts you know exactly when to recharge again so you never run out of battery. You can use your smartphone charger or any standard USB charger to charge the device.  

Easy Installation:

The N5 comes pre-activated and configured. Just charge the device and place on any flat surface  and it is ready to go. Alternatively you can use the optional “peel & stick” mounting bracket to attach to any vertical surface.  

Mobile app:

The RV PetSafety app can be downloaded from the Android Playstore or Apple app store for free. The app allows you to monitor the temperature in real time and to set alerts among other things.

Very useful device, I use it to monitor temps and watch for power failures that may stop my air conditioning and lead to high temps. I use it in the winter months to monitor temps and freeze protection.

Thank you so much for your quick response to my concerns about the temperature monitor no longer telling us when the unit went to battery backup. ( there for telling me my RV no longer had power). Generally the customer service is as I experienced today -- responsive and helpful -- which is why I was so surprised by the lack of response that I experienced last week and yesterday. Wanna give a shout out to customer service, specifically Vijay Nirmal. I have been having trouble with my account and he spent hours with me today and this evening getting me fixed up and working again in time for my trip tomorrow . He was super nice and very helpful .
