Subscription Policy

Monthly Plan Terms & Conditions:

  • Your monthly plan is set to start 15 days from the date of your  order. This “15 days free of charge” is to allow for shipment lead times.
  • Your monthly plan will renew automatically every month on the plan start date.
    • For example, if your order date is 10thJanuary, then your subscription start date is 25th January and your plan will automatically renew every 25th of the month.
  • Payments are due within 3 days of the renewal date. Payment defaults will automatically lead to suspension of service. A start service request is required to resume service.
  • You can stop/start your subscription up-to 3 times in a calendar year.
  • An administrative fee of $5 will be charged every time you start or stop subscription.
  • Stop requests should be received at-least 3 business days before the renewal date
  • Stop requests received after the renewal date will take effect only the following month. No refunds/credits will be provided for stop requests received after the renewal date.

Yearly Plan Terms & Conditions:

  • Your yearly plan start date is set to start from the date of your order.
  • Your Yearly plan will renew automatically every year on the plan start date.
    • For example, if your order date is 10thJanuary, then your subscription start date is 10th January and your plan will automatically renew on the 10th January of the following year and so on every year until canceled.
  • There is no fee for Cancellation requests received at-least 3 business days prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation requests received after the renewal date will have a $10 administrative fee.
  • Yearly plan cancellation within 7 days of renewal date will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee
  • Yearly plan cannot be canceled after 7 days of the renewal date.

Subscription Plan changes- Monthly Plan to Monthly plan:

  • Subscription plan changes carry an administrative fee of $5 per change for switching from one monthly plan to another.
  • If customer switches to a new monthly plan, the new plan will take effect immediately on the date of change. The old plan will cease/terminate at its monthly renewal date. No refund or credit will be issued for the overlap period.
    • For example, if your renewal date on the current plan is 25th January and you change to a plan on 15th January, then the new plan will take effect on 15th January. However, the old plan will terminate only on the 25th January and charges for the overlap period of 15th thru 25th January will not be refunded.

Subscription Plan changes- Monthly Plan to Yearly plan:

  • You can change your subscription plan from monthly to yearly anytime with no administrative fee.
  • Your new plan will be effective immediately on the date of change and will automatically renew on the same date every year. However, the current monthly plan will cease/terminate at its monthly renewal date. No refund or credit will be issued for the overlap period.
    • For example, if your renewal date is 25th January and if you have switched to the yearly plan on 15th January, then the yearly plan will be effective on the 15th January and will renew every year on 15th January until canceled.

Note: Yearly plan cannot be switched to monthly plan until the current yearly plan expires. Yearly plan has to be canceled 3 days prior to the renewal date and then a new monthly plan purchased
