Home

The home screen displays The temperature and the health of the device.

Location:

To track the location of the device, click on the ‘Location’ icon on the app and it shows location via GPS

Alerts

The alert tab displays the history of all temperature and battery alerts received.

Settings

Alerts are pre-configured to the Email address, and the Mobile Number provided at the time of order placement. You can add additional Emails and Mobile Numbers in ‘Account Settings’ on the app.

How to Change Minimum Alert Temperature:    

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Below the last reported temperature, the current “Minimum Temperature” is shown.
  • Click on the”pencil-edit-button “ pencil button next to the minimum temperature.
  • Scroll to set the temperature you want to set and click ‘Save’ button to update the minimum temperature.

How to Change Maximum Alert Temperature

  • Go to the Home screen
  • Below the last reported temperature, the current ‘Maximum Alert Temperature’ is shown.
  • Click on the “ pencil-edit-button” pencil button beside the ‘Maximum Alert Temperature’.
  • Scroll to set the temperature you want to set and click ‘Save’ button to update the Maximum temperature.

How to Change Low Battery Alert

  • Go to Settingssetting icons “screen in the application.
  • Under Alert Settings option click ‘Low Battery
  • Choose the ‘Low Battery’ alert percentage from the scroll bar.
  • Click ‘Save

Note: The minimum percentage of the battery is set to 20% by default.

How to Set/change the alert frequency

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “screen in the application.
  • Click ‘Alert Frequency’ under ‘Alert Settings’.
  • Choose the alert frequency from the scroll bar.

You can also choose between day, hours or minutes from the right side dropdown menu

How to edit an existing email

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Email” option under Account Settings.
  • To edit an existing E-mail address, click on the email and edit it
  • Click to Save to save the edited email address

Note: We pre-configure the alerts to the Email given at the time of order placement

How to add a new email address for alerts

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Email” option under Account Settings.
  • To add a new E-mail address, click Add Email button
  • Add the new email address in the email field
  • Click Save to save the newly added email address

How to remove an existing email

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Email” option under Account Settings.
  • To remove an existing E-mail address, click close button in the email address
  • The email will be removed
  • Click Save to save the updated settings

How to edit an existing mobile number

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Account Settings.
  • To edit an existing Mobile number, click on the mobile number to edit it
  • Click Save to save the edited mobile number

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Account Settings.
  • To add a new Mobile number, click Add Mobile button
  • Add the new Mobile number in the mobile field
  • Click Save to save the newly added mobile address

How to remove an existing mobile number

  • Go to Settings “ setting icons “option on the mobile application.
  • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Account Settings.
  • To remove an existing mobile number, click close button in the mobile number
  • The mobile number will be removed
  • Click Save to save the updated settings
